Is pricing per shop?
Yes - each tier is priced per location, per month. Multi-location and MSO pricing is available; talk to us for a quote.
Can I change tiers later?
Anytime. Modules switch on and off per shop, so you can start on Basic and add Pro or Premium capabilities as you grow.
Do you import my existing estimates?
Yes. A lightweight Windows sync agent watches your CCC or Mitchell export folder and imports ROs automatically. CIECA XML and EMS files are supported too.
What do I need for SMS?
SMS uses your own Twilio number per shop, so messages come from your shop and you control the account. We help you get set up.
Is there a contract?
We'll go over terms during your demo. Most shops start with a trial so they can see it running on their own ROs first.
